Davids humble beginnings in the kitchen with mom progressed
into
an even less likely culinary environment,
manning the pizza kitchens
of the Bay
Area. From there began a 13 year journey working through
all aspects of the hospitality and restaurant industry only to lead him
to attend the prestigious California Culinary Academy
to apprentice with luminaries from around the world.
David's repertoire draws from his experiences
with many demanding and delicious California chefs and
his creative obsession and exploration of the small plate.
